Many of our designs are exclusive to Heming and our in-house design team will take on any bespoke challenge to create unique, one-off pieces for individual customers. 

We pride ourselves on finding solutions to suit most budgets and are happy to work on commissions to source vintage items, remodel unworn pieces, provide written photographic valuations and a wider range of Jewellery Portfolio Management solutions. We strive to build lifelong associations with our customers.

We offer customers a lifetime loyalty scheme, which includes ongoing maintenance of their jewellery collections as well as discounts on future purchases. Heming’s workshop is located beside our retail store making it quick and easy to turn around bespoke designs and repairs at short notice. 

Detailed information and photographic insurance valuations are provided with every piece of jewellery purchased at Heming. We offer 6 monthly checks by our jewellery technicians as part of a comprehensive after sales program. Regular maintenance of your jewellery is important to prevent longer term damage or loss.
